Meadowlark Lodge, A Corporate Meeting, Retreat and Special Event Facility near Nashville Tennessee. perfect for weddings, reunions and company meetings.

Meeting Spaces: We have three event spaces for your use: the Board Room, The Great Room and the Vineyard View Room. Many companies also use our front lawn for larger events and teambuilding activities.

Set Up: Conference, classroom or theatre style seating will be provided by the lodge for your daytime meeting. Special requirements for evening events will need to be priced on an event by event basis. You will be provided with an onsite staff member to oversee your event. Additional serving or bartender staff is available through our caterer.

Audio Visual: Audiovisual equipment is available for rental through Meadowlark Lodge. Please see our rates page for details. If you prefer to provide your own equipment, we will be happy to accommodate you. Meadowlark Lodge is not responsible for any equipment brought onto our property. Ample electrical outlets are available in all meeting spaces.

Catering: Exclusive catering is handled through Nashville's very own A Dream Come True Catering. Catering services include food and beverages, linens, tables and chairs, servers and bartenders. If you wish to use another caterer from our approved list, a fee of 10% of your food and service costs or $500.00 will be applicable (whichever is greater). Catering companies are responsible for clean up following the function.

Activities: Horseback riding, canoeing, fishing, horseshoe pitching, guided nature walks, stagecoach and carriage rides, hayrides and hiking, are all available on our property. Teambuilding events, meeting facilitators and guided outdoor adventures are readily available to make your corporate event the most productive it can be. Entertainment options include bands, disc jockeys, dinner theatre, murder mysteries, casino events, and comedy improvisational troupes.
